I suppose that : Depends on if you are gay or straight.  I really can't think of a benefit if you are straight, except perhaps if you were having a problem leaking stool.  If you are gay, learning how to control your muscles might make intercourse more comfortable for you and your partner.  For us women, we have to do thousands of them before they do any good, i don't know if they have done studies on men yet!
