Hard to say...: However, if not pregnant, the bladder is in that anatomic area, and each perceives discomfort in their own way, so may be a urinary tract infection. Should see your dr / gyn or an urgent care for a urine test, possibly pelvic exam and diagnosis to resolve.

: After birth, the umbilical vessels form a connection to the uterus, and movement as described can "pull" on the uterus and can be similar to the sensation described, and be accentuated when sudden standing or urinating.  This is harmless and will not cause other problems.

Baby moving: If you are feeling consistent movement and there is no bleeding or obvious contractions, then your baby should be fine. If in doubt call your OB for evaluation. 

This is probably your lower uterine segment thinning out.

Obgyn check: It is quite normal for most pregnant women to feel pelvic pressure, vaginal pressure and occasional contractions as one gets closer and closer to the due date. An Obyn will need to assess you in your individual circumstances to assess if what you are dealing with is normal or not.

: Your muscles are likely strained with the unusual work out.
Just rest for several days until the pain eases then you can practice again with a slower pace. If the same pain recurs, you have to change your practice.
You can take Ibuprofen for 1-3 days as needed in the meantime.

Related or Not: Your complaints are most likely 2 separate problems. The bottom of the stomach pain could mean that you have a distal stomach or duodenal inflammation or ulcer which could be caused by some medication you took. The vaginal pain could be related to some pathology in your vagina which can be discovered by a speculum examination by your doctor. It could be a cyst, infection or pelvic endometriosis.

Sperm can swim far.: Sperm are really very hardy sometimes.  They can swim for a long ways, and it only takes one to get to the right place and make you pregnant.  Typically even before ejaculation, there is some sperm and semen on the penis, so wearing the condom the entire time during sexual activity, especially during ejaculation, is very important.

I : I would advise that you make an appointment with a gynecologist to have this mass evaluated.  Infection is a possibility but infections usually cause severe pain, and it doesn't appear that is your complaint.  You must be seen by a gynecologist to evaluate this mass so please make an appointment right away.
