10 wks PPartum: C/S: With a C/S , the surgeon has an excellent view of potential pathology.  With four C/S, and the weight gain associated with pregnancy, combined with a lower metabolic rate of burning calories, it is likely that your abdomen is over-distended as a result.  Reduce carbohydrates, gradually increase exercise and depending on your ability to continue, this should resolve.

Musculoskeletal: I would agree with your doctor. It sounds like it is a muscle puloling especially that you are feeling with movement. That, in and of itself, speaks for strained muscle.

Doubtful: It would be unlikely for the strained back muscle to cause stomach discomfort.  It would be more likely that you sprained an abdominal muscle at the time of the back injury.

Musculoskeletal: A young female with right sub costal pain that is intermittent and possibly positional, with hyperextension of the spine, needs to consider vertebral spine disorder like a facet joint condition with a referred pain pattern. Another common explanation is gallbladder disorder.  Feverishness and/or constancy of symptoms would arouse concern for urgent evaluation.  A doctor can discern.

my friend has a pain like a muscle strain in his stomach. it doesn't goes away. it's in the upper right side. he has bloating too. antidepressants help with the bloating but the pain still there. he can't stretch his arms back without pain?

: You should rule out Gall bladder disease as the pain is in right upper quadrant and he has bloating. He /she should see a gastroenterologist for further evaluation. An ultrasound of upper abdomen can help rule out GB disease.

Hard work...: Developing the abdominal muscles requires lots of exercise... Sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts etc., however, you will not see your abdominal muscles i.e. "6-pack" unless you lose body fat are become incredibly lean.  Good luck!
