Blocked gland: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Avoid skin products that are oily.  I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health. Saunas and sweating may help although i don't of data. See doc for exam and diagnosis.

Its part of your: skull where muscles attach. These muscles go into spasm when you are stressed. That is why it hurts. Use ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. I don't think it is anything to worry about.

Many possibilities: It may be a way you attempt to relieve stress or self soothe. If you are breaking your skin or your losing hair see a physician. If you want to stop, replace this behavior with something else that is more acceptable for you. If that is a challenge to do on your own, a behavioral therapist can help you with that.

Probably tension!: Complex issues are suggested.  See us or your doctor for evaluation.  Meanwhile try reducing stimulants such as caffeine.  Work or sleep hygiene.  Apply intermittent ice packs for 5 minutes.  Rub in Aspercreme.  Sleep warm!  Do stretching before relaxing and during stress.

i often get light heads when im stressed. i also get them sometimes when i raise my head too fast. is this normal or what may it be caused by?

: There are possiblities, like not being adequately hydrated or you may have abnormality of your autonomic nervous system causing what you have. If it is really serious you should get evaluated by a doctor.

Stress can play on U: The dropping sensation u describe sre known to occur w anxiety state or stress.
There could also be inner ear problem of virtigo, Labrynthitis or even in some cases TMJ problems ahve been linked with sudden sensation of dropping or falling.
If stress relief doesnt resolve the problem, I would recommend an ENT evaluation

Yes: You probably notice the arteries are more prominent.
Check your blood pressure.
