May cause spasm: Tension myalgia can result from impaired muscle tension/spasm from stress and impaired postural mechanics. This can cause pressure on underlying nerves which can lead to tingling sensation in head and extremities.

: Please have a physical exam to find out if this is due to an illness. If not, please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to evaluate your problems and help you, and a Psychiatrist for medication.

All True: Stress is not an uncommon finding as to head pain. It could also be the tight hat. Go without one for a while. 
Usually this would be a non concerning issue and you are quite young so I would not worry too much. Reduce your caffeine and see if this all gets better.

16f: weeks ago, i had chest pressure. i went to er and they suspected it was stress/anxiety. it went away. but i still hear rumbling in my chest and let gas out. my bpm goes to 160 sometimes and hurts. legs tingling and heavy head for past 2 days?

: It may be more than one thing.  One possibilty is reflux which can radiate and cause chest discomfort; another is gall bladder disease.  Regardless, with either one of these problems, it could increase her anxiety which can increase the perception of pain which could increase the anxiety and so forth. You need to check with your medical doctor about these or other possibilities.

Stress can mimic anything. tingly tongue is unusual but could be related. Have you eaten anything that is quite hot? Have you recently started a new med This could be a side effect. See your doc if persist.
