Lactose intolerant?: If this contains milk or milk products you may be lactose intolerant. If not, and you keep having abdominal pain would see a GI doctor and be fully evaluated.

Never heard of that: But they are healthy, taste good, and are terrific on ice cream, if that's what you like. There are otc products that can help whiten your teeth, or you can see your dentist who can do it professionally.

Possibly: It is possible that you are allergic to those foods.  You can get tested to find out.

Diet: Good for you!  just be sure that your diet is balanced with other food so you are getting enough protein, fat, and complex carbs.  Make sure you're not taking in too many calories.

Uncommon: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, increased fiber is helpful. Adequate fluid intake is also important.

Hyperkalemia: Your elevated K+ level is not from over eating potassium. The underlying reason should be explored. First have test repeated since its usually due to thrombocytosis (clotting) and hemolysis from poor technique, other reasons may be kidney failiure (ATN), rhabdomyolysis, tumor lysis syn., hypocalcemia or medication side effect (including digitalis toxicity). Insist on finding out why and get retest

: A smoothie will not make ibuprofen less safe. Common problems arising from ibuprofen use include gastric (stomach) ulcers and kidney damage. If you have poorly functioning kidneys you should avoid regular use ibuprofen. Taking ibuprofen with food can help to mitigate the damage to the stomach lining, but in general you should also avoid use if you have stomach bleeding/ulcers.
