Cough: There are many helpful OTC medications that are helpful to control cough.  Delsym is helpful and can be used twice a day.  Medications that contain dextromethorphan also help to suppress the cough.  Most Prescription  medications contain codeine and could be habit forming and should be used with caution sparingly.

# of calories: Baby's brains and bodies can sense how many calories are delivered to it in  24 hour cycles. If the body is not getting enough calories during the daytime, the brain will wake a baby at night to request more food. You can try gradually increasing the feeding amounts during the day or try and get one extra feed worked in during the day, so body won't want or need those calories at night.

Change feeding clock: The greatest drive to night feeding is an internal feeding clock that pushes them to wake to feed. If you begin to cut night feeding volumes & eventually switch to water, the body resets the feeding clock to feed more during the day.Scheduling feedings as a wake up issue rather than a going to sleep issue also avoids the linkage of eating to go to sleep should they wake at night.

Clingy: Try to have a quiet hour before putting you child to bed. Read books that dont have monstors in them . Try a warm bath. Once in bed go to her, make sure she, s ok, dont pick her up. Just reassure her. It will take several nights and she should begin sleeping through the night.

Don't give her one!: At 2 years old you don't need to feed in the middle of the night, she is doing this because she can.  Just tell her to go back to sleep and she can have a bottle in the morning or even would start using sippie cup at this age.
The first few nights might be rough just don't give in and she will realize there is no sense asking anymore.  Be strong mom.
