Anal leakage/dischar: It could be from having weak sphincter muscles or mucusy discharge from hemorrhoids. Sometimes having large external hemorrhoids can also make it difficult to clean properly. You need a detailed anorectal exam including sphincter evaluation. Please see a colorectal surgeon.

what is mucous in stools look like? i'm 33 my bowels move a few times daily always have but look like they a slight mucous coating time to time

Mucous - like nasal : You're young and i suppose you have no other complain. No blood, not constipated and you even have reg. Bm. You will just be fine. See an md if you see or complain of other lower GI condition.

: It does not mean anything. You should only concern if your stool color is persistently white with daily bowel movement regardless what foods you ate on the previous day.

Multiple possibility: Is the blood bright red? Have you had a history of stomach problems in the past? Do you have family members with stomach problems? Given the symptoms you describe, I encourage you to get a physical exam, as the blood, pain and reflux at your age could mean a chronic abdominal disease that needs to monitored, or something more worrisome.

Other signs to look for:
Increased amounts of mucus
Blood or pus in the stool
Stomach pain, 
Sudden changes in stool frequency and colour
