Anal leakage/dischar: It could be from having weak sphincter muscles or mucusy discharge from hemorrhoids. Sometimes having large external hemorrhoids can also make it difficult to clean properly. You need a detailed anorectal exam including sphincter evaluation. Please see a colorectal surgeon.
