: The PCR does not test whether is is a dead or live virus. It just looks for the genetic material that the virus has. You can still get covid if immunized and could spread it if you become infected. Current data suggests ICU level infection if fully immunized is about 1/28000. Symptom free carriers are hard to estimate.

: The real incidence of break-through infections in fully vaccinated individuals has been blatantly exaggerated in the media.  If you are feeling fine, there is no rationale to obtain a PCR test.  The latest reports confirm ongoing protection from the Pfizer jabs, even for the Delta variant.

COVID 19 symptoms: I can't tell you how long it will take you to get a negative PCR test. However, it seems that many airlines require a COVID 19 test within 72 hours of travel (may different with different countries or airlines). Some airlines allow you to purchase hometest from them and then you must mail it is w/in 72 hours of flight time.

HIV Testing : With HIV pcr tests this result is 100% accurate and you do not have hiv. If you were infected you would have detectable and high levels of HIV virus. You are HIV negative.

: COVID-19 viral detection even with a PCR test will not generally be positive unless prior exposure (before the "10-15 minute" exposure) has occurred.  Viral increase  to a level detectable requires incubation of the viral load within the body to be reliably detected.
