Guessing?: Are you really asking a physician to guess about pregnancy without a sexual, menstrual, or more importantly an ovulatory history? Your guess is as good as ours. If she has been sexual and missed a period she should get a pregnancy test.

It sure could: Babies don't always lay straight in the uterus. As he or she continues to grow, they become more visible and may be seen to lay to one side more than another. Eventually they get so big and crammed in that they're just a tight ball and sort of confined to the middle because they take up all the space. Mention this to your OB on your next visit to get their take on this as well.

Diatasis recti: You may have  a diastasis or weakening of the abdominal wall. This usually occurs after pregnancy and not from childhood.

Abdominal distension: Frequently this can be associated with air swallowing due to air hunger. Your medicines  and diet should also be reviewed for any causes of constipation and I would recommend a flat plate abdomen to check for fecal stasis and  any location of partial obstruction

Gas: It seems that you either produce a lot of intestinal gas or have normal amounts of gas but occasional difficulty o passing through the intestinal tract and out the rectum. Excessive gas can be from gassy foods, lactose or gluten intolerance. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after a meal reduces gas formation. See if you're intolerant of lactose or gluten by experimenting or consult a gastroenterologist

Poor tone/bloating: could be flabby abdominal muscles due to poor tone.
It could be due to an ovarian condition too--unlikely though but if there is weight loss or irregular menstrual cycle see a gynecologist.

Yeast?: Yeast can cause bloating, so you might want to quit eating bread and other yeast products for the time being.  Many other foods can cause bloating.  Also please consider seeing your doctor for an exam to rule out other causes.
