Digestion: You likely lack enzymes necessary to digest the food. I have no vested interest in this product but do recommend "digest extra" sold at the vitamin shoppe. It has all the enzymes your body needs for food breakdown and usually does the trick.

i get sore pain in my upper stomach everyday after eating its been more than a weeks im on a medication omrprazole take two capsule a day for two year?

Omeprazole: And other ppi's are used for short term only.  If your pain is going on 2 years, it is time to see a GI specialist for accurate diagnosis and further testing, such as endoscopy.

was taking nexium for 5 weeks for silent gerd. since stopping, i've had very bad stomach pain immediately after eating citric foods like cooked tomatoes. feels like s burning type feeling right away then stops. never had this before nexium. cause?

Acidity: It is likely that you experienced acid rebound after discontinuing the nexium which had shut off your stomachs acid production. You could temporarily try taking zantac or pepcid which shuts off acid more quickly than nexium and then taper off the medication. Avoid caffeine, spicy and greasy foods as well.

i have had tenderness in upper abdomen . the  nexium (esomeprazole)  is not  really helping. when  sleeping no problem. usual starts after eating .  ultra sound -ok?

Need Endoscopy: You have pain and no relief with Nexium (esomeprazole) and normal ultrasound.You need to have endoscopy as you may have an ulcer in your stomach due to h pylori.

Many possibilities: Upper abdominal pain can be from acid pains, such as a stomach ulcer, just gastritis with no ulcer, or reflux (heartburn). Sometimes there is an ulcer in the first part of the small intestine. An infection with H. pylori bacteria can lead to stomach pains. Needs more evaluation, by one's doctor. Pancreatitis, gallstones, liver or spleen disorders, or various cancers can also cause tummy symptoms.

Get it checked out: Blood on paper is not a symptom of ibs. It may be a symptom of hemorrhoids, but it cannot be assumed as such unless visualized and other causes ruled out. Pain in upper abdomen and tenderness to touch are not very specific for any problem, but could stem out of stomach, bowels, gallbladder. I recommend you check it out.
