Congratulations : Congratulations on your pregnancy.  Blue urine can be caused by certain types of foods, medications, or infection.  As you are pregnant with abnormal urine color and discharge, it would be reasonable to consult your gynecologist and discuss this concern.  Any changes in urine during pregnancy should have an evaluation.

why am i having breakthrough bleeding and stomach pain while i'm taking birth control pills. the breakthrough bleeding lasted about 4 days and stopped. i k ow i took a pill a day. could it be pregnanc?

Breakthrough bleed: Breakthrough bleeding (bleeding at the wrong time)  is very common on birth control. It happens in about 1/3 of users. Its no big deal and usually self corrects over time.  If you are not satisfied or it continues to happen  then consider using a different birth control method. It is a common side effect and does not mean something is wrong or that the pill is not working. Take a test if concerned

Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam and appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head and gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache.  Get checked to rule out more esoteric pathology.

: There are some basic self testy you can do at home. Hop up &amp; down on both legs, then one at a time. If the pain makes you fall over it could be appendix. If you can't walk fully upright across the room, it could be appendix. The final decision is made when a well trained doc examines you.

: You may try breathing meditation (sit in a quiet place, breath in deeply, hold your breath as long as possible, breathe out deeply, continue for 20 minutes, lie down for 10 minutes to let stress keep leaving your body; I get headaches when I stand up and rush around immediately after 20 min of breathing meditation). Use 10 minutes of breathing meditation and 5 min lying down if not enough time.
