Viral syndrome : Your symptoms are rather non specific &amp; general in nature , a viral syndrome is sometimes associated with some of your symptoms such as body aches and fatigue .. Try to eat healthy and get enough sleep , if symptoms persist you may benefit from a PCP office visit for a check up .

Maybe: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Hard to say!: It could be either one, but if you ate undercooked or contaminated chicken,  there's a chance of a bacterial infection.  If you are still sick, call/see your doc today. Then if it turns out you have food poisoning, the source of that can be investigated to correct or put put a stop to the problem so no one else gets sick.  There are other sources of food poisoning as well, of course.  See/call  MD

Possibly 2 problems: These may be independent problems.  See your internist or GI doctor first to solve that, then see a pain management doctor who will be able to help you (as i am).  Problems may be related, but they can figure that out.

Related or not?: There are lots of possibilities here, all of which can be addressed by a physical exam and appropriate testing. Migraines for example can affect both head and gut ("intestinal migraine"). Please however don't contribute to your stomach upset by taking excessive nsaid's aimed at alleviating head ache.  Get checked to rule out more esoteric pathology, sooner than later if weakness is severe.

i took advil with ciprofloxacin, is this bad? i feel a little tingling on my tongue, a little stomach pain, and feeling anxious

Can talk with doctor: A person who had not had past problems taking Advil (or Motrin) separately from taking ciprofloxacin, should not have any problems taking them together, assuming no drug allergies. If she has any changes in symptoms or any new symptoms that she thinks might be from the meds, she should call her prescribing doctor.

Even : Even though it is unusual for a woman to have a period while pregnant, it is not unheard of.  If you think you might be pregnant, the only way to know is to take a test.  You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed or abnormal period. A blood test can tell if you are pregnant as soon as 7 days after conception and a doctor's urine pregnancy test can tell if you are pregnant around when you next period should come.  Good luck!
