Not pregnant: If you haven't had sex you are not pregnant. If you are male (as your profile says) you are not pregnant. If you feel numb and are worried you need an exam with a medical provider.

Stomach numb: Multiple serious conditions can show this such as Mutiple sclerosis, guillian barre syndrome, spinal cord tumors, neuromyelitis optica, neurofibromatosis, spinal shock, meningoencephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis, HTLV1 infection, tight bras and or girdle, spinal shock post trauma, spinal hematoma.  if the problem is acute go to ER and if ongoing see physician for MRI and spinal tap minimally.

when i lay on stomach with arm straight up above head for couple minutes neck hurts& fingers start tingling & go completely numb &pain in neck gets worse. could that mean a trapped nerve in neck? same issues in hand randomly but nerve tests normal?

: NOT In the NECK.  You most likely have a problem in the shoulder involving the brachial plexus and may indeed have thoracic outlet syndrome.  See a vascular or thoracic surgeon, and get this further evaluated.

No.: This wouldn't be a sign of anything wrong with the baby. More than likely it's from the stretching of superficial nerves that supply the skin of your abdomen, which is a normal thing with pregancy. If it persists, mention it to your OB when you see them again.

i believe i have a small lipoma on the left side of my stomach. sometimes when sitting for a while, i will stand up and the left side of my stomach is numb. because its only left side i assume it has to do with the lipoma. should i be concerned?

Too many assumptions: An exam will be needed in order to better correlate symptoms with previous abnormal anatomic structures. Best would be through your doc who will have a sense of the dynamics as well.
