dioerreha 3 times last mon and 9 times this mon with stomach cramps +mucus  . loose stools every day. didn't go both sundays could it be conspiation?

Doctor can evaluate: Colon or rectum symptoms with bloody mucus can be due to irritation (inflammation) or infection. Symptoms can occur from infectious viruses or bacteria, inflammatory bowel, Giardia infections, celiac disease, etc... Lactose intolerance, or eating excess fruits or sugarfree sweeteners like maltitol, can cause gas and nonbloody diarrhea. A primary care doctor, or a gastroenterologist, can evaluate.

Monitor: If I understood correctly, you ate the kit kat then vomited the black dots. Those are probably traces of food (in your case, kit kat). The question is why are you vomiting in the first place. I don't know your medical history so if the vomiting persists, check with your pcp or call 911 in case of an emergency.

2 different things: Mucus is a clear secretion, made by a variety of glandular-type cells in the nose, sinuses, gut; typically not acidic in nature. Stomach acid is just that; made by specialized cells in the stomach. The stomach lining also secretes mucus, and has a layer for protecting stomach lining cells from acid, enzymes, and food stuff. Break in the mucus layer can lead to ulcers, not usually excess acid.

if i keep sitting for 5 hours in bus/car during travel, i get stomach burn from acidity. does continuous sitting during travel cause acid build up in stomach?and what about mucus layer of stomach, it fails to protect the lining during long travel?

GERD : Yes.  Especially if you have a BMI over 25.  Pressure from the fat in your belly pushes long stomach and if the lower valve opens acid may run back into your throat and burn and taste bad.

Don’t sit that long.  Take a break and walk around.  Go to Nih.gov and read about DASH diet to lose weight. If reflux happens at night elevate head of bed on 8” blocks. Discuss with Dr.

if milk creates mucus in stomach, does cottage cheese, sour cream, yogurt also effect my gastritis?

NOT MORE THAN 2-3SER: Yes you can but limit diary products to not more than 2to3 serving per day, and preferably low fat diary products.

we know that nsaids strips off the mucus from stomach lining making it prone to damage from stomach acid. but does nsaid also directly cause injury/erosion to stomach lining on topical basis? as and when it comes in contact with the lining?

: May depend on which prep you are using. Go to Drugs.com for details on one you are using. Have you tried elevating feet at head of bed. Gravity never sleeps.

: More details are needed to answer this. I suggest you see a doctor in person. Based on the limited information  may have gastroenteritis, gastritis, or gastric reflux
