Yes: Everyone, including infants swallow air during feeding &amp; this will enter the stomach and add noise to the mechanical processing in the organ. As processed food enters &amp; moves into the intestines it may also make some odd sounds. Some infants are noisier than others. Normal.

Pregnancy Test: First step is to check a pregnancy test.  Depending on when your last cycle was, this can affect test result and date of ovulation.  Unprotected sex increases risk of STD/STI.  Consider visiting your doctor or urgent care for both pregnancy and testing for above. If a patient has severe pain or bleeding, go to the ER.

While most conditions eg viral get better on own, see ur doc if chronic (&gt;5days)

Expect it !: Your stomach is not just a bag. It is a bag with muscular walls that contract during mixing of digestive juices. You also swallow air anytime you eat or drink and that becomes a bubble that moves around in your stomach. The process will happen if you eat on schedule or not &amp; is more noticeable for some than others.

Stomach discomfort: May be gastroenteritis  do  clear liquids x 1 d. If ongoing may be  food intolerance like gluten soy , milk -eliminate foods  w/ milk (like cheeses pizza,  ice cream) for 1 week-see if improves, if not,  then the next week eliminate foods w/ gluten ( wheat) for a week -if no improvement eliminate food with soy , or may be irritable bowel or early inflammatory bowel Check for . F/U w/ MD
