every time i eat or drink, i poop.  my stomach hurts and i feel nauseated.  i had my gall bladder out a couple of years ago.  thought on what it could?

Low fat diet: You may avoid greesy food.  Avoid fast food. Common after gallbladder removal.   Have dinner  at least two hours before he goes to bed. You may have concurrent  gastric esophageal reflex disease . You may take her up on bump in the victors on antacids.

my stomach hurts everyday all the time no matter what i do, eat, sleep, drink, walk. it constantly hurts. i have had it all my life but don't know to do?

Surprise answer?: It may surprise you to know that this pain is actually felt in the brain. Part of the brain receives messages from the body and your pain may have been lodged as a "file" in the "hard drive" whatever the reason why it was initiated originally. I have seen this kind of pain disappear with a pristine diet and a basic understanding. It is not, repeat not "imagined" or "psychosomatic".

Tough to say: Could be a stomach virus or bacterial infection, could be  ibs, could be hyper acidic condition, etc.  Get an evaluation to get the actual diagnosis and the appropriate treatment will follow.  Best wishes.

One should...: Right now, one should promise never to do that again. Eat healthy foods from now on, and only occasionally snack on Reese's cups (they have too much sugar; otherwise dark chocolate plus peanut butter are not that bad). Plus, avoid drinking things with more than a scant amount of sugar. If more symptoms occur, they may not be due to the junk food, so a doctor should evaluate if more problems arise.

Lactose intolerant?: It is possible that you may be one of those who lack an enzyme which breaks down a sugar in milk called lactose. Those people can have stomach pain or bowel problems after eating dairy.  Milk is not a necessary part of the diet, so you can either just avoid dairy, or see your doctor for other alternatives. Milk high lactose: Even among mild products.  Actual milk has the highest lactose content so many people are most sensitive to the actual drink.  You can test it by taking lactase first or change to lactaid/soy milk.

Could be: Your symptoms could be related to lactose intolerance if the creamer you use is dairy based, or due to the nature of coffee having an effect on the bowels to cause smooth muscle contraction, possibly causing some discomfort.

And yet you keep: drinking?  Hmmmm, wonder what that means.  Alcohol burns any mucosal surface you put it on - if you have ever put rubbing alcohol on a cut and it burns like crazy, that is what ethyl alcohol is also potentially doing to your stomach - causes esophagitis, gastritis and duodenitis and can worsen ulcers as well.  It also can inflame the liver and pancreas. STOP DRINKING and see your doctor for eval.

Chest pain: You do not have your age listed here but chest pain and nausea can be a sign of heart disease especially if you are more than 50 years old. See your GP as soon as possible for exam and EKG. You may also need blood tests to determine what is going on.
