Could be anything: Symptoms of abdominal pain and bloated are not specific. The location, frequency, intensity and relationship with meals may help us determined the origin of the pain. Watch for worsening of the symptoms, in which case I will advise you to contact your family doctor for a thorough evaluation.

A physician will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis and advise you. If you have severe abdominal discomfort with associated tenderness, proceed to the emergency room where prompt evaluation and testing are available.

Clinic visit needed: There are many causes of abdominal pain, some of which can be simply annoying, like constipation, others can be deadly. The best way to make sure it's nothing dangerous is to be examined by a health care provider. Most of the time the cause can be determined with a physical exam and a few simple tests. Less often, an imaging study or looking inside the gut with a scope (endoscopy) is needed.

See details: The first thing is to never take Aleve (naproxen) again. Try antacids over the short term (Maalox, Mylanta, not TUMs). For long term issues try Prilosec OTC, 1 tablet daily on a regular basis.

i am hungover and it has been terrible. i have thrown up about 4 times today and it was very  intense/forceful and it hurt. all my symptoms have subsided i feel better but my stomach just hurts and feels very sore. i also can't keep any fluids or food dow

Small sips of water: You are at risk for dehydration.  Take small sips of water and get some rest. If you sleep, sleep on your left side. Place a cool compress on your forehead.  Consider taking a Tylenol (acetaminophen) prn for pain as long as you don't have liver disease

Need more info...: Where in your abdomen is your soreness?  Are there associated symptoms, bleeding, discharge?  Any defects or surgical repairs?  Any known diseases like irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers?  What did you eat, drink, or do last night?  Over-exercising lately?  Urinary or female issues?
