Need more info...: Where in your abdomen is your soreness? Are there associated symptoms, bleeding, discharge? Any defects or surgical repairs? Any known diseases like irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, ulcers? What did you eat, drink, or do last night? Over-exercising lately? Urinary or female issues? Help us best help you by providing more information please.
