Peristalsis: Peristalisis is the normal contractions of the stomach and intestines.  This may be what you are feeling. The pains are unusual and you should see your doctor to be safe.

GI: This is most likely related to the GI tract, more specifically your intestines.  They are constantly in motion and some women perceive this as similar to early fetal movement.

Stomach/intestines: Sometimes your stomach and intestines moving around can feel very much like a baby moving around. If you are sure that you are not pregnant then don't worry. If you are having discomfort from this see your doctor.

Stomach pain: You have problem related to stomach irritation and reflux, it is possible to have an ulcer might be causing that pain.  Treat like an ulcer and if not better consider some work up.

Rule out aneurysm: If you are not menopausal, you might have a chance at a Guiness World record in pregnancy. Usually it is gas. Sounds like you need to have an abdominal ultrasound. Any previous surgery or chance of an umbilical or abdominal wall hernia? I most worry about a pulsatile mass from an abdominal aortic aneurysm.

Shouldn't be: A termination that late may result in retained products (placenta) and that might cause cramping and bleeding, but its more likely the sensation you are feeling is the gas.  Bowel gas can feel like butterfly flicking like early pregnancy.  Try some gas X or simethicone.

Normal: Everyone's stomach makes some gurgling noises. On babies those sounds are easy to hear because they have less of a fat pad to block the noise. They're easily heard also one thin adults. As long as your baby is happy and eating well., you have nothing to worry about.

Projectile vomit: Hello Darrian. The condition that you're thinking of is called 'pyloric stenosis'. It is not uncommon and can cause projectile vomiting usually in very young infants.  You can sometimes feel a little bump in the stomach from the muscle that has grown too big for the food to pass.  The surgery to fix it is very quick and simple with few complications.  Good luck :)
