Pregnancy Maybe.: The first question to answer was "when was your last menstrual period"?  If you have not missed a menstrual period then this goes farther down on the list of probability.  What is very common this time of year would be Viral illnesses that can cause fever and muscle aches
 Sinus infections  can drain causing a sore throat , nausea and perhaps vomiting.

i have missed my period my last period was on 3 april today is 28 may ..today i m feeling swelling & pain in my stomatch & discomfort home pregnancy test is showing negtive a doc give me tblet and 3 injections but still no period? what can be reason?

: Your doctor may want to re-order a pregnancy test in the office to ensure you are definitely not pregnant. Next, if this is a first time occurence of missing your menses- stress, weight change, diet change can sometimes cause a missed menstrual cycle. If this persists or becomes a recurrent issue then your Dr. would check for other causes ie hormonal reasons etc.

It can be: It is common to feel sick to your stomach in early pregnancy.  It usually would not start until you are at least 2 weeks late for your period.  If you also missed a period, you should take a pregnancy test.

Possibly: If you were recently sexually active w/o protection, you could be pregnant - would recommend  home pregnancy test for starters.  If pain continues or worsens, or if you are pregnant, you should be seen by a physician for an evaluation.

Absence of menses: It is unlikely that you are pregnant.  I suggest that you see a GI specialist for your stomach issues.  A gynecologist will be able to determine is your menopausal.

Normal: It's normal to not have periods with the Nexplanon implant.  It would not cause stomach pain.

Congratulations: You are pregnant. The HCG rise that is the basis of the test also may cause nausia and abdomenal pain.
There are other much more rare causes of a positive HCG test see a doctor and have a confirmatory test and exam now!

See a GYN MD: Although pregnancies outside of the uterus (ectopic),  are more common in patient's who have had tubal infections, and tubal ligations when they fail. Have a GYN MD run a blood pregnancy test and do a pelvic exam/ultrasound.

Many causes: Abdominal pain can be associated with many different etiologies. Chronic abdominal pain is a common complaint and could be associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).  LUQ pain could be splenic etiology. Epigastric could be pancreatitis, ulcer or other gastric etiology. Pregnancy should be considered. You should see your PMD if persistent or worse. Online consult may help determine next steps.

Take pregnancy test: Taking home pregnancy test is best way to address your worries. Test is especially accurate once you've missed your period (so you may need to take twice, once now &amp; again if late). If you only engage in anal sex then it's unlikely that you could become pregnant. But if you engage in unprotected vaginal sex even just once, then yes, you could be(come) pregnant.
