Stomach disease such as ibs (irritable bowel syndrome)are related to stress thus if your having stress related gastrointestinal problems then stress could be the cause of both your problems. No stomach pain!: Crohn's affects the small and large intestines, or both!  small bowel pain is cramping periumbical. Large colon pain is usually the right or left lower quadrants of the abdomen.  If crohn's fistualizes, pain can be felt i many places.

No, No, and NO!: Please don't be fooled by colon cleanser claims!  constipation is defined by doctors as bowel infrequency--less than one stool every 3-4 days. In most cases of non-obstructed constipation, neither bad breath, stomach infections, nor disease in general will result. Be concerned in rare cases of  bowel blockage of any cause, marked dysmotility (colonic inertia, pelvic floor dysfunction), etc.

i had endoscopy. i have gastritis and mild duodenal villi blunting. some bile was found in stomach. no celiac disease. what could cause this?

Unclear.: There are many potential causes of gastritis, including bacterial infection and medications. The other findings, duodenal villi blunting and bile in the stomach are nonspecific. Regardless, the only way to sort out what is causing these problems in you is to follow up with your endoscopist. It is very likely  that he took biopsies or other tests to try to sort this out. Red rash ring: Please return to your doctor and show him/her the rash.  Blood testing for Lyme is not always accurate but if clinically indicated, the doc MAY start you on an antibiotic.  Lyme produces all sorts of symptoms.  Whatever is going on, find the diagnosis and treatment.

Perhaps: If there is no evidence of infection (no fever, chills, sweats and you're improving), you can try a clear liquid diet and then slowly advance to a low fat solid diet. Simple analgesics like Aleve (naproxen) or advil can help. But biliary tract infection can be lethal. You're playing with fire if you're not under close supervision. If recurrent or complicated, surgery is indicated - safer early than late.
