Stomach cancer: Stomach cancer can present with various symptoms.  The most common are indigestion, abdominal pain and cramps, regurgitation (food just won't go down and come back up) and weight loss.  Some people have bleeding resulting in dark or black feces.  They become very weak due to anemia.  Loss of appetite and pain when eating are also common.  With advanced disease fever and night sweats can occur.

Unlikely.: Symptoms include nausea, early satiety, persistent vomiting, bleeding and anemia. The symptoms that predict the possibility of gastric cancer are dysphagia, weight loss and age&gt;55 years. Because of your symptoms and your age some other pathology is more possible than gastric cancer, a physician will test for any other thing before.

Indigestion: The principal symptoms are subjective including abdominal pain, difficulty eating and holding food down and gastrointestinal acid reflux.  You are 10 years of age and of course are worried about your Mom but she is unlikely to take you seriously.  Why do you have this worry?  Is there stomach cancer in your lineage; or did you read about it?  This is a difficult position for you.

Unknown & few: Causes of stomach cancer is unknown, can be related to h. Pylori infection, history of eating lot of smoked & processed meats, etc. It is a rate condition in the us.  Symptoms are few; anemia from stomach bleeding, stomach ulcers, lack of appetite, weight loss, etc.

Sometimes none: Unfortunately, early on there may be no symptoms; most symptoms of gastric cancer are signs of advanced disease. These symptoms can include indigestion, nausea or vomiting, difficulty swallowing, feeling full after eating only a little, loss of appetite, black tarry stools, bloody vomit, and weight loss.

Depends: Early colon cancer has no symptoms. Later can develop rectal bleeding, change in bowel function with smaller loose bowel movements, and later even colon bowel blockage. Indigestion is not a common symptom of colon cancer. See a doctor for an evaluation.
