Stomach cancer: Stomach cancer can present with various symptoms. The most common are indigestion, abdominal pain and cramps, regurgitation (food just won't go down and come back up) and weight loss. Some people have bleeding resulting in dark or black feces. They become very weak due to anemia. Loss of appetite and pain when eating are also common. With advanced disease fever and night sweats can occur.
