Right side bloating: Could be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria or could be gall bladder or constipation.If lower right side could be appendix.   . Rarely could be kidney or pneumonia, Follow up with  doc over next 24 hours

Maybe constipation?: Stay well hydrated (at least 8 - 8 ounces glasses of water per day). Try to get in 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit per day – get that fiber in. Stay physically active if possible. There are a number of over the counter laxatives that can be taken orally to help pass retained fecal matter. See your medical provider if this does not resolve.

Could be several: Watch your diet. Avoid foods which make your symptoms worse. Eat small portions and avoid eating large meals at a time. Try over the counter probiotics. You need a GI evaliation if symptoms have been going on for some time. Hope this helps.

More serious causes of bloating include a build-up of fluid in the abdomen due to kidney disease, liver problems, heart failure, abdominal cancers, etc..

Dietary adjustment: Reduce your total intake. You may need to go by trial and error to determine which foods cause bloating. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Some thoughts...: I'd try to pay attention to what foods you are eating.  Some people's stomachs just can't handle certain foods, spicy foods, caffeine, alcohol etc.  And this can change over time.  For example, many people become lactose intolerant.  If you can't find any food associations, and say it continues past 2-3 weeks, then that's the time to have a checkup with your doctor.

Painful relationship: It is commom if you have pain and bloating after sex as it can be resulted from dryness and rushing into a relationship with problem with lubrication and mental readiness.And sometimes GI reaction as well.
