Different things: Stomach polyps are rarely precancerous and are seen most commonly in patient who take acid blocking meds regularly.  Colon polyps are of different type but most are genetic mutations which can progress over time into cancers.  Colon poylps should be removed.  Stomach polyps should be biopsied to confirm their type.

If u have : Constipation, try miralax (polyethylene glycol).  I don't think there is much evidence this helps release built up toxins in the body, however.  Probiotics aren't a bad deal if u are irregular but a "colon cleanse" is not a form of preventitive medicine unless treating constipation.  Good luck.

Subjective: I presume your colonoscopy endoscopy report said patchy hyperemia. Usually this is nothing just like facial flushing when you are nervous. Sometimes hyperemia is associated with inflammation, but biopsies of the hyperemic areas would confirm this. 

You should ask your gastroenterologist.

Maybe none: At first there are no symptoms. Later may get anemia, stomach ulcer bleeding may have no symptoms, colon cancer can lead to change in bowel habits. Late spreading cancer can cause a variety of abdominal pains or intestinal blockage.

Gastritis: Possible gastritis or gallbladder dysfunction ( stones or dyskenesia ). You already have had some studies done. If they were negative you should have a HIDA scan.

R/o Lynch's: All of these are common, and there's no classic syndrome in which they tend to run together other than lynch's for which you may get checked. Lifraumeni and related cancer-family syndromes feature patients presenting at early ages or with unusual tumors. Familial pancreatic cancer usually features pancreatitis as well, and familial colon cancer usually features multiple polyps.

i have a noncancer brain tumor on 5, 6, 7 if its not on 10 nerve would it cause stomach and colon problems?

No: Would not expect tumor of cranial nerves 5, 6 or 7 to cause gastrointestinal problems. However, involvement of cranial nerve 8 could elicit vertigo with vomiting that could be indirectly interpreted as being of gastrointestinal origin.

i have a brain tumor on nerves 5, 6, 7..i've been  having a lot of stomach and colon problems i've had all kinds of  tests . could it be the 10 nerve?

Maybe, but: Medication to treat the brain tumor or irradiation could cause G.I. Problems, so best to further discuss with your doctor.  Unlikely that a focal tumor you describe would affect the anatomy as mentioned, but this can be seen with carcinomatous meningitis, which is not what you seem to possess.

Brave up: Stomach pain is extremely common, especially due to acid reflux. Stomach cancer is less common than it once was, and less common than colon cancer, but if you are symptomatic, you'll want a definite diagnosis -- for your health and to be out of this state of anxiety that may itself be slowing you dwon. The large majority of cancers if detected early get cured. Get with a good primary care doc.
