Vagal response: The vagus nerves close to the stomach. if the stomach is distended and presses on the vagal nerve, it can cause sweating. there are other rare causes as well and should be discussed with your health care provider.

Depends: Stomach aches after eating can be from eating too much, eating something that disagrees with you because you can not tolerate it, causes reflux or gastritis (inflammation of the stomach).  Try writing down what you eat to see ify ou can track it.  The most common food intolerances are to dairy and gluten so do an elimination diet for 3 weeks without them and see how you feel.  And see your doctor.
