Must Diagnose First: I'm afraid that we are unable to treat what we haven't diagnosed. There are many different causes of abdominal pain, each with different ways to treat. If your pain is persistent, severe, associated w/high fever+/-vomiting, you should seek hands-on medical attention. We can then sort out the cause and get you well. Good luck.

Depends on cause: Many stomach aches will get better on their own with time. Gas pain, gallstone pain, reflux etc may last for 20 min to a couple hours and then resolve. Acid diseases (gastritis, gerd, ) may be temporarily relieved by Tums (calcium carbonate) etc. Any stomach ache that lasts longer than 3-4 hours or doesn't resolve with over the counter meds should be evaluated by your md.

See a doctor: Abdominal pain and the associated possibilities of diagnoses are endless. It is important to talk to a doctor to obtain a detailed history, a thorough exam, and tests that can confirm or rule out what we suspect you may have. Without this, we can only take an educated guess based on what's common. You may have too many possibilities to list in 400 characters.

Decide: If it is bad enough to seek care from your doctor or not. Then either take an over the counter remedy or go to the doctor. We can't tell you what to do. You alone have that responsibility.

Many things: "stomach ache" means different things to different people, so a doctor will ask a patient to describe in his or her own words what it means. It can be dull pain, crampy pain, sharp pain, burning pain, bloating (distention), or just some discomfort; located in the stomach area (upper abdomen) or anywhere in the abdomen. Some people refer to the entire abdomen as the "stomach".
