Chest pain/left arm: I would advise ER evaluation since cardiac symptoms in women can be atypical- take no chances- get examined at your local ER

Under rib pain: Seems like you might have reflux,especially if on left or gallbladder if on right. Try some Maalox and see if it helps. Would also check for H pylori. which is a bug that causes reflux/gastritis  and  needs antibiotics. Follow up with doctor urgent care

Sting: This sounds like a neuropathic problem.  I understand your blood work and and radiographs are normal.  Neuropathic pain is typically caused by microscopic  changes.  For example diabetic neuropathy  has no specific xray abnormalities.  Blood sugar would be elevated with that condition.   However,  many  causes for neuropathy with normal labs.  Seeing a neurologist would be of value.

Need to find cause: It is important to figure out if the pain is in the breast or underlying muscle and factors that aggravate or relieve pain.  Is it more related to physical activity or more during periods which would help differentiate the likely source. If symptoms persist or worsen, would obviously need evaluation by your physician
hopefully you have had your annual mammogram, if not get one.
