Callus/bite/csyt: It sounds like you have a dermatitis of some form.  Some things to consider are how long it has been there.
Such a lump of hardened skin could range from a callus to an insect bite.  Your nerves cause the perception of itchiness.  It this is impeding your ability to walk, it should be looked at by a professional.

Sounds like fungus: I've seen this kind of blister with a fungal infection of the feet, like athlete's foot. There certainly could be other causes, but you might want to try an antifungal cream.

i was kicked in the side of my left knee, but i feel tingling and the feeling that my leg and foot go to sleep. also when i put ice pack on it (not directly on skin) it feels like a stinging sensation. could this be a bad tear in my meniscus?
