Try taking some Excederin Migraine and consider a massage to loosen up the muscles in your neck.  If you have any sinus symptoms such as fever, cough, nasal drainage or stuffiness, then you may have a sinus infection and should see your doctor or urgent care.

Try this first: Try dipping a washcloth in warm water (not so hot as to burn yourself) and gently place on the stiff area allowing the heat to soak in and repeat.  Open and close mouth slowly.  Remember soft diet ; no chewing gum. This may loosen the tight muscles.  Otherwise see your dentist.
