i have internal tremor & at rest in r hand & l thumb,n r arm swing,forward strike r foot,general stiffness,acting out dreams& hallucinations when i awake.also pain in hips and shoulders,fatigue& stumbling words. does this sound like parkinson's?

Appropriate: Your perceptive description indeed is highly consistent with Parkinson's disease, and added to this is a REM sleep disorder.  Would find a neurologist and start therapy.  Presentation at your age is a little on young side, and may modify some of the pharmacological interventions.

: Parkinson's is associated with muscle tightness and rigidity, and not unique to suffer difficulty with gait (marche a petit pas), with some instability.  Your neurologist could use medications to help, but physical therapy should definitely be tried as it may contribute valuable help.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Vascular/nerve/musc: Three choices: it must be related to either a vascular, nerve, or muscle problem. Could be cramping in a muscle, decrease in blood flow, or nerve issues -- or any combination of the 3. In rare cases could be psychological. This kind of issue, if pronounced, deserves more evaluation. Hope this helps.

Some thoughts: Agree, it's not as simple as looking at the tremor.  Parkinson disease is a constellation of findings, of which tremor is only one.  That said, Parkinson tremor tends to be asymmetrical, medium to large oscillations, circular (rather than back and forth), less evident with attention.  But, not always.  Tremor can be absent, odd form, other variations.  Its a "whole picture" diagnosis.

There : There are different reasons that this can happen.  Peripheral neuropathy can cause numbness/tingling of the feet and more rarely the hands.  Patients with diabetes can get peripheral neuropathy but there are other causes as well, such as vitamin deficiencies.  Parkinson's disease causes tremors, but not numbness or tingling typically. Other nerve conditions can cause these symptoms as well.  Physical examination, taking a good history from the patient, and sometimes blood testing may be indicated.   Nerve conduction testing can often determine the cause of numbness and tingling.

hi my mom is having scoloisis n parkinson's since last 4 years.she is offlately having lot of tingling sensation in her feet...pls advise?

Neuropathy : Tingling sensation may not be related to scoliosis or parkinson's disease. It could be due to unrelated problem like poor circulation, vitamin deficiency, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, or side effect from medications. Check with her physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
