Not surprised: Most folks with Parkinson's are not informed by their doctors how painful the disease really is. Cheers to you for going to gym, as exercise indeed vital to control your illness. You might even have a physical therapist check out your program, so you are less uncomfortable. Your medication may need adjustments for optimal success. Movement disorder specialist could really help.
