There are many contributing factors and episodes of stress, not wearing an appliance, gum chewing, etc. Can cause ongoing symptoms. When was the last time you saw your dentist for an evaluation? Are you following all instructions? See your dentist and perhaps an ENT specialist to rule out any medical issues.

No it is not but it : Maybe related to the muscles feeling tight or stiff but it is not harmful toneck or your joints.  If your neck is painful and it persists even without exposing it to a fan at night then see your physician for a diagnosis and recommendations especially to make sure it is not related to swollen glands due to an infection.

Aching joints.....: This is a loaded question and is best answered by seeing your doctor.  S/he would be able to run some blood tests and other work up to pinpoint the problem - dont take any advice online, you need to be evaluated for treatment plan to begin.

help! tested negative for him after 34 days exposure 4th get duo test from vein. so today would be over 60 days. right side of neck sore and right knee hurting is this signs of hiv? stiff neck? knee joint pain? extreme anxiety!!! please help?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Risk of HIV is low. You may get a 4th gen combo test at 6 weeks after exposure. Your symptoms are likely due to something else. If your symptoms persist, it would be prudent to see a doctor.. Wish you good health!

Mostly just time: For most muscular symptom presentations in the neck, it takes a little time to  clear.  Sometimes, this may be an initial symptom of another problem like a disc herniation but those usually resolve with time.  If you smoke, stop.  Local heat application may help as can simple stretching of the neck while showering and avoiding prolonged positioning.  Otc medication may help if no contraindications.

These are worrisome: symtoms and may represent an inflammation of the meninges. You should be evaluated by a health care provider as soon as possible to exclude meningitis. Go soon and don't delay.

Hot water: Definitely!  The Japanese knew about this centuries ago - hence their tradition of onsen.  A hot bath or shower will do wonders! Of course rest and stretching of tired muscles even with some massage thrown in can do wonders. Best to 'listen' to your body... Pain is the language it uses to tell you 'stop doing' this or that. It helps to pay attention sometimes.  Now I recommend taking it easy.

Heat & exercises : Without more information,  it is not possible to  try to determine the cause of your pain. Would recommend trying an otc  NSAID along  with stretching exercises. If the pain persists then you need to see your pcp.
