Cystitis?: When you describe the pain is it immediately above the bone on top of your genitals?  If so, that may be bladder, and it may also be tender when you push on it.  Suggest you see your family dr. Who will either treat you empirically or want a urinalysis and culture.  Follow their directions and suspect you will be better soon.

STD vs. UTI: You need to see a doctor and have this diagnosed ASAP.  Hope that the cyst popped rather than pooped.  Do not wait for this to become worse.  Get diagnosed and treated now.  Best wishes.

Mefenamic : Normal vaginal secretions are watery so there most likely is no serious gynecological pathology, but there could be some imbalance in estrogens at play. I have no experience with Ponstam(mefenamic acid) which is purported to be an anti-inflammatory agent. Your pharmacist can answer whether it could affect estrogen levels.

Probable STD: having vaginal discharge after unprotected sex is most likely an STD could also be a vaginal infection please sign in the next day or two get it in person exam by primary care physician or OB/GYN. Recommend you use condoms and contraception at all times

Where does it go? 
What makes it better/worse? 
How long does it last?  
Medication helps/worsens?
 If you think it is something you eat/drink/do stop it &amp; see. If better, go back again &amp; retest until u r convinced it is something u should stop. Then stop it.

Discuss with your Drs. to figure out.

Stay hydrated: Lots of possibilities. Most commonly a "stomach bug" or perhaps food poisoning. These should be self-limited & only last a few days without blood in vomit, high fevers or other concerning sx. Most important to ensure hydration-small, frequent sips (no alcohol or caffeinated drinks). If your sx persist, your pain becomes severe, fevers get very high, blood in vomit, or you feel you need it, see doc.
