i got my two wisdom teeth on the top jaw removed friday afternoon. they had broken through the gums so it was an extraction. now on sunday my front two teeth are extremely sensitive to the point were it hurts to be outside or even drink room tempe

Please see dentist: The path of nerves can cause strange sensations in areas that we do not expect to have those sensations. 12 month old cutting 7th tooth. big hole in gum. how many nights in a row is it okay to give infant advil (ibuprofen) @ night time?  today will be 2nd night.

Advil (ibuprofen): With Advil, (ibuprofen) you are allowed to take it every 6 hrs as needed, so if only using it once a day at night, it's not a big deal.  There isn't a specific number of days that would make it too long.  if really having discomfort, then continue to give it.

day 8 post first molar extraction, dr.visit monday, all looked good. wound like a canyon. now inside 2 new patches pinkish white patches, new gum?

From Ur description: It sound fine and within normal limits of healing. However, only by seeing you personally can one be certain. Your dentist on monday can tell you for sure.

i've been struggling with terrible anxiety post molar extraction. i'm now on day 10 of healing. can i stop panicking about dry socket? i still have white tissue visible while the gums are healing, no pain, etc. is it bad i'm not fully healed yet?

May be unrelated: The initial bad taste after the extraction may have been a dry socket, food debris, or bacteria caught in the socket. Unpleasant breath may be caused by other factors, including cavities, gastric reflux, and your diet. All these potential causes need to be explored, since brushing and gargling will only temporarily mask the problem.

Possible trauma: The gum tissue in the area of the extraction may have been traumatized from the procedure, resulting in a loss of blood flow. How long ago was your extraction? Are you in pain? It will most probably heal just fine, but it may be best to have your dentist take a look just to be sure.

Loss of Gum Tissue: When a tooth is extracted, the gum tissue is usually preserved.  The exceptions could be if the gums are chronically or acutely infected or if some of the gum tissue is attached to the tooth and/or bone attached to the tooth when extracted.  After a tooth is removed, the extraction site will undergo remodeling and may appear to shrink.

No reason to keep biting on gauze for 3-5 days postop.

Probably normal : You didn't say how long ago you had the extractions but it is normal to have edema or swelling of the surrounding gums for several days.  If it does not resolve soon, you should see whoever performed the extractions.
