Yes.: Antipsychotics causes Dopamine blockade increasing levels of Prolactin which causes unovulation and irregular menstrual cycles due to decrease levels of Follicle stimulating hormones and Estrogen. It also causes decrease libido, galactorrhea and osteoporosis.
For man, the there is decrease in testosterone and galactorrhea and decrease libido.

Don't count on it: Please continue to use contraception and practice safe sex.  If you believe you are having infertility problems, you should seek medical help to evaluate the cause of infertility.  Many men who take schizophrenia medication are able to father children.  Sterility is not a common side effect of medications.

GnRH secretion: Some women (and men) fail to secrete GnRH from the hypothalamus (part of the brain). Therefore, there is no signal to the pituitary to make reproductive hormones (FSH and LH). In Europe, Factrel is available via an automated pump. In the US, we give fertility pts FSH and hCG to cause ovulation. For those women not trying to conceive, estrogen and progesterone hormone replacement is given.

Perhaps: Opioid drugs lower testosterone in men and interfere with the menstrual cycle in females; both can  contribute to infertility.  Thc also reduces testosterone and sperm counts but I am unaware if it will lead to menstrual problems without other co-occurring medical diseases.  Use of stimulant drugs and/or alcohol may lead to malnutrition which may reduce fertility  as well.
