Thrombosis: Depending on where the thrombosis is, etc, you may need treatment to prevent a more serious condition such as a pe, mi, or stroke, etc.  Best for you to discuss with your doctor what treatment you need, if any, depending on the severity and location of your thrombosis (even without symptoms). Pain and swelling: The most common symptoms of a deep venous thrombosis (DVT) are pain and swelling in one leg.  The swelling can just be below the knee or it can be the entire leg.  Typically the pain is worth when putting weight on the leg and walking.  How much pain and swelling depends on the size and location of the clot.  It is also possible to have a DVT and have no symptoms whatsoever.

Classically, the symptoms of DVT include swelling and pain, but often there are no symptoms at all.

Pain and swelling: I assume you mean dvt. The most common symptom of DVT is pain and the most common physical finding is swelling. However, not everyone has these.  If you have unexplained swelling with or without calf or thigh pain then a venous ultrasound would be indicated to look for a dvt.  Sometimes even a ct scan or mrv is necessary.  The bottom line is, if DVT is considered, then proper testing is required.

Unlikely: While there has been a lot of interest in relating symptoms of ED to vascular insufficiency the causes of ED are very complex and it  is very unusual for  vascualr thrombosis to be the primary cause. Physicians have been looking for a vasualr cure for ED for three decades and the results have been disappointing. At 31 years old  unlessthere is something unusual it is not likely in your case
