Steam rooms: Ancient cultures have always used steam rooms to help relax and detox from the stresses.  I think it can help people to relax and feel better but make sure you are well hydrated when doing that since you do lose alot of water.

Steam can help: In general when it comes to the nose and sinuses steam has been shown to be helpful. I'm not sure if a "steam room" is the same as "steam" used in studies of nasal function. The heat inside the room might have adverse effects on you especially if you have a fever or other systemic problems.

bathroom question when i go to the bathroom well when i pee mostly i look down and see steam coming out of the tolet which i don't think is a good thing so could you tell me what it is and if it's bad

It : It would be important to determine if you are having other urinary problems.  Try to note whether you are having pain with urination.  It is important to note how many children you have, which can cause weakening of the bladder wall (cystocele) and can cause problems urinating.  Also note whether you have problems urinating when you don't want to (with sneezing, running), or whether it is hard to go.  If you have other symptoms, then see a gynecologist or uro-gynecologist to have a complete examination of your pelvic structures.

blood pressure is good sitting down 120/75. but just walking across room it goes to 140/90.  i'm not over weight or in bad shape. should i be concern?

Yes, I think so: You're right, your resting blood pressure is fine. But it is unusual to see such a rise with quite minimal activity, especially at your age. Improving your conditioning would likely help...probably daily walking, something not too strenuous. Or you may be salt sensitive &amp; need to really watch that. But first you should see your doctor; this needs evaluation to exclude kidney/adrenal/other problems

good day, i have noticed that after i use sauna and steam room at the gym and take a shower. my eye sight  becomes blurry for few seconds. then after a while i see clear again.

Orthostasis: The vision is likely linked to vascular issues. When you sit in the sauna or gym your blood vessels dilate. This can make you prone to orthosatis and this would likely explain your symptoms.
