Steam rooms: Ancient cultures have always used steam rooms to help relax and detox from the stresses. I think it can help people to relax and feel better but make sure you are well hydrated when doing that since you do lose alot of water.

Steam room: can help flush out toxins and relax you if your doctor says you are healthy enough for it. If not, you may become dehydrated or find breathing difficult so please see your doc first. Peace and good health.
