back pain is not a common symptom of most STDs but if anyone ever thinks they have been exposed then std testing is a good idea.

PID? UTI? Herpes?: If "burning" means painful urination, and if "cramping" means pain in the lower abdomen, it could be chlamydia or gonorrhea, perhaps with pelvic inflammtory disease (fallopian tube infection). Or maybe you have a non-STD urinary tract infection, which can cause painful urination and back pain. Herpes can cause burning pain, but not the rest. Don't try to guess or self-diagnose. See a doctor ASAP.

can lower back pain be associated the reason i get a random pinch type feeling in my urethra? std tests negative ua normal the feeling can go away for days at a time and come back. dr said std wouldn't come and go?

: No lower back pain will not give you that sensation. Your  MD is correct STD does not come and go. Besides you have tested neg.  If you pee with a good stream and flow it is nothing serious. Drink a fair amount of water and avoid very spicy food and see if this makes you better. Good luck

: Irregular menstrual periods are common. The fluctuations of estrogen and progesterone can be easily affected by stress, weight gain/loss, exercise, lack of sleep, thyroid problems, and uterine issues. Oral contraceptives can regulate these fluctuations. If the symptoms persist, talk to your Dr about your irregular periods and what testing can be done to determine the cause.

UTI vs. Stone: From your description, your pain may be from a UTI or a stone passing down from your kidney toward your bladder.  With a stone, your pain will tend to migrate from back, to front, to groin. Blood in the urine can make it seem dark or tea colored.  Bladder pain arises from bladder inflammation (UTI) or stone irritation.  Your best bet is to be evaluated by a urologist.  Go to the er if any fever.

Get tested: Women having varying degrees of normal vaginal discharge and it changes as you go through your cycle. Schedule an appt and the doctor can test you for yeast, bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, gonorrhea and chlamydia all of which can cause vaginal discharge. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available  at any pharmacy.

Pregnancy?: Pregnancy is possible. Take a pregnancy test with a first morning urine or ask your doctor for a blood HCG test.

Unlikely an STD: The symptoms you are describing could be from an std, and if you are at risk for contracting an std then you should follow up with your doctor to be tested.

However, it's much more likely that those symptoms are from another kind of infection, such as a viral or bacterial infection.  There are other serious causes for abdominal pain as well, so you should go to your doctor for an exam.

Could be: With your set of symptoms, it is possible that there is an STD at some stage, but there may be something else going on such as a UTI or a musculoskeletal problem. You should definitely see your doctor and discuss the symptoms. At the very least, a good history, exam, and urine test will help answer some of your questions.

Exam and sonogram : If you have already been tested for infections then the next step is a full pelvic exam and a sonogram. You will need to be tested for bacterial vaginosis and yeast. You  also need to be evaluated for an ovarian cyst or in some other problem that can cause abdominal pain.
