Drinks without calories include water and green tea. Some healthy fats are ok. Avoid sugar & simple starch calories.

Many thing-more info: You need to be evaluated further by your md. How old are you btw? Elevation of your platelet and increase lymphocytes could be related -could be unrelated. What is your hemoglobin, mcv? Many possibilities- will include infection, inflammation, iron def , bleeding etc- to malignancy like cll etc. Need more information. More importantly to f/u and discuss further with your doctor.

Cancer: In some cases, if you have a high-grade rectal cancer it can act like a napkin ring around your colon resulting in bowel movements that are long and narrow caliber.  There are all other sorts of reasons why stool has a particular appearance that are not related to cancer though.  See your doctor.
