Yes: The blocked Eustachian tube can remain block up to 6 weeks post URI or ongoing if you have allergies. If there is popping when you yawn it is a sign that there is some clearing and may take a little longer to resolve. If you are blowing the nose hard it may actually make things worse. The treatment here is time.Also the ringing should resolve when the tubes open up.

No: When yawning, you open your eustachian tube, which connects the back of your throat to your ear. This allows air to go into your ear producing the popping sensation. This is a normal phenomenon.

Because of this...: Your ears open up because when you yawn you open up the eustachian tube that connects your throat with your ears. It probably has nothing to do with "tmj", unless the jaw joint itself is popping, which would indicate another problem altogether. In other words, you might have a displaced disc in your tmj's if that's the case. Otherwise, it's normal for your ears to open up when you yawn widely.

Ear canal ?'s: If the yawning occurs in the hours subsequent to a bath or shower,  the muscle action will compress the external auditory canal (from your outside ear to your tympanic membrane deep in the canal) which will compress the canal which may contain some water from the bathing experience.  Yawning may be more common just before going to bed/sleeping.

Ear: Probably your eustachian tube opening your middle ear. See an ENT to make sure you have no wax in the ear canal and to do a hearing test to check the tube function.

Possible TMJ: It could be an issue with your joint, it could be as simple as the eustachian tube  relieving the pressure difference or could indicate either a tooth or ear infection. If you have  constant pain see your dentist ASAP If it is just occasional, mention it to your dentist the next visit or make an appointment to discuss it. If is only rare or not persistent it is probably nothing to worry with.
