Yes: The blocked Eustachian tube can remain block up to 6 weeks post URI or ongoing if you have allergies. If there is popping when you yawn it is a sign that there is some clearing and may take a little longer to resolve. If you are blowing the nose hard it may actually make things worse. The treatment here is time.Also the ringing should resolve when the tubes open up.
