are aerosols cleared out of a room before starting an aerosol releasing procedure like an endoscopy? is there normally some type of air purification post post procedure? getting scoped and im afraid there will be aerosols from the previous pt. worry?

Negative pressure: Most procedure rooms have ventilation systems designed into bvb them from the start to deal with exactly these problems. Some are even negative pressure rooms that actively suck out the room's air and replaced it on an ongoing basis.  Have never heard of problems from aerosolized infections due to procedures in all the medical literature I read. Just forsaking not happen with proper ventilation.

Liver is purifier: The liver and kidneys are the purifiers of the body, processing and eliminating toxins; healthy liver does not need detoxification.Milk thistle can help a sick liver; increases glutathione, used by liver for detoxification. Best measure is avoid liver toxins eg alcohol or too much acetaminophen.Some nutritional substances contain plant materials harmful to the liver -- do research before taking.

Filters: One thing that you can do is upgrade your hvac filters. Most filters are merv 8 but a filter with a higher merv number  (i.e. 10 or 11) will remove smaller particles more effectively. If you have an unusual problem like a shedding indoor amimal or an old air- leaky home, stand-alone hepa filtration systems are available. Make sure you check-our replacement filter costs before you invest.

Fasting: From a medical perspective fasting is not in any way healthy. It interferes with metabolism. It can lead to problems with diabetes and other weight problems.  It is not a good idea for many people with chronic medical conditions. I have never heard a physician recommend fasting (except to prepare for surgery or to test cholesterol) for any prolonged length of time.

Accepted Answer

No: Cooling water does nothing for removing chemical or biological contaminants. If the water sits overnight, larger particles may drop to the bottom, but the water will not be purified. For that one needs a filtration/ purification system, depending on what contaminants/pollutants are present.  Have the water tested to find out what it contains & then contact experts for treatment.

No: There are no pills to "purify" blood.
Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.

Gentle cleanse: I would recommend a gentle cleanser such as cetaphil liquid followed by a simple moisturizer with sunscreen such as eucerin facial withn spf. Intermittent exfoliation may also help. Retinols may help to minimize excessive sebaceous activity.

Have check up first : Before you go on this medicine have full exam and labs done . Std screen, HIV test, kidney and liver functions. Make sure to be up to date with vaccines ( Hep B ). Side effects as common are nausea, headache, abnormal liver function and glucose and blood count abnormalities... just to mention few . Av course risks and benefits ratio is important. Check w your doctor .
