Need more info: There are a number of things that could cause that but you need to see someone who can take a good history and do a good physical examination. A good orthopedic surgeon or hand surgeon would be appropriate of this has been there a while and is limiting your activities.

Extreme pain = exam: If you really hurt, take it as a call for attention. Have an exam. That's the best answer for acute pain. Chronic pain that you've been told is either not treatable or not dangerous is different. Those you need to learn how to manage.

Parietal Pain.: The location and character suggest possibilities such as appendicitis or an ovarian problem.  Appendicitis generally develops quicker and is generally intolerable. In either case, a person with said symptoms should seek medical attention, particularly for imaging of the abdomen.

Reproducible pain: Given your age,  reproducible pain is musculoskeletal,  intercostal  musce/rib pain. Use Naproxen or Ibuprofen for a few days and if no improvement get a back/rib alignment from an inexpensive chiropractor for just a couple of visits.

Scar tissue: Not so odd. If the surgery was on the side of the pinky then it is not unusual. Excision of scar does not always improve things as you develop even more scar. The best is to do both active and passive exercises and hope this improves things. Also what is the time frame from the surgery?

Nonspecfic: ?  Hard to say with such a nonspecfic complaint   carpal tunnel syndrome is quite common as is arthritis at the base of the thumb

Yes: Yes, but if the pain does not disappear, the cause needs to be identified. It can be tendon/joint problems (arthritis, tendinitis, etc.) or nerve disease (carpal tunnel syndrome, etc.). Many of these conditions are treatable and the tests (blood work, x-rays, nerve conduction tests) are available through your regular physician. If no abnormality is found, the problem may still be ergonomic.

after lifting dresser bent over with right hand. pain and swelling in mid lower back. what do i do. it's been 5 days.

As long as there are: No shooting pains or weakness in your legs it is likely a pulled or strained muscle. Anti-inflammatory meds like Ibuprofen or Naproxen can help. Take as directed. The swelling more concerning. If pain worsens or same intensity last more than 2 weeks should consult orthopedic surgeon for exam and mri.  Can take 6 weeks to completely heal.
