my left stomach, around my hip, and left side of lower back is sensitive to touch. feels like a sunburn but no rash, bruise or notable injury. going on a few days now. hurts to even rub skin lightly. what should i do? give time or go in?

Skin sensitive : It sounds like the beginning of shingles or an inflamed spinal nerve. You should see a doctor

i have had a lump on the right side of my lower back for about 8 months. recently it has become terribly painful. massaging it makes it worse.  it is about 1 inch with no bruising and not visible. after pressing it, it burns and i feel it in my belly?

Fall: Although you hurt, you do not have to be seen. If you can stand and walk it is unlikely you have a fracture.  If that is the case then cool compress and Ibuprofen.  Pain should resolve within a week.

?Skin?: Your symptoms are not typical of anything but local trauma.  For instance, if you do a lot of sit-ups or other activities in the face up/supine position, you can get bruises along your spinous processes (the tips of the vertebrae you can feel/see under the skin).  Otherwise, it could be a skin problem or a muscle problem, as both lie between skin ; the bones themselves.  See your pcp for and exam.

Need more evaluation: Commonest reason for pain radiating down legs is a 'pinched nerve' because of a displaced disc.
This can happen in young people like you.
You may need Xray, MRI or nerve conduction studies followed by either medication,physical therapy or nerve blocks.
See a board certified pain physician or an orthopedic doctor

Bruise: if you develop more bruising you may want to have a cbc done.  That is a blood test that looks at white cells, hemoglobin, and platelets.

Must rule out kidney: Have your primary md be sure you do have have a kidney problem.   Otherwise heat, rest, no lifting or rotation and make sure you recheck in with primary md.
