See doctor: I don't know if the spray paint is related, but your throat and ear pain suggest an upper respiratory infection of some sort. Strep throat is a consideration, esp if you have fevers, and that would require treatment. Best idea is to have your doctor get the full history, do an exam and then treat you appropriately.

my 24 year-old cousin tested positive for covid on his throat swab. now he is complaining of sore throat. can we give him difflam throat spray (benzydamine hydrochloride)? i used the same for throat pain when i underwent tonsillectomy.

COVID concerns: Benzydamine is  nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that acts as a local anesthetic for  inflammation of mouth and throat. Although this can be used, if he develops other symptoms- it may be beneficial to take an oral medication that would effect the whole body (like acetaminophen or an NSAID).  WHO reversed it's previous recommendations against use of NSAID's.

No: Talk to your doctor about changing it. There is a particular class of BP medications that does that, you have several other options.

Nasal congestion: You can use a decongestant and a saline nasal spray to ease your symptoms but ultimately you need to see an allergist to get the problem fixed.

Canker sore: Canker sores are usually viral which is why you can feel bad. If you are getting them often you could get some medication to preventative medication.

any inflammation of the area that can give pain can also cause itching/tickling. THat includes infection, direct trauma, hot pizza, etc.
