Need more info, exam: I need some more information. Could you possibly be pregnant? Do you have any discharge? This could be any one of a number of things like endometriosis,polyp,  a urinary tract infection, pregnancy-related spotting etc. I think you need to see a local doctor who can examine you.

Get checked!: If its not your period get checked for pregnancy, miscarriage and fibroids .So you will need a blood test and a sonogram.

Right abdominal pain: Pain in the right lower abdomen is concerning for appendicitis. If it is severe and if you have fever, nausea or vomiting then immediate evaluation is warranted. You do not need to be on both Depo and Nexplanon for birth control. One birth control method is needed not both. Excessive sleepiness should be evaluated by a primary care doctor.

Couple things: It could be a UTI or an STD, but since its the weekend I would suggest you first check a urine pregnancy test as it could be early pregnancy.  If your symptoms persist or get worse you should probably see your physician.

You may need: to get examined again for a UTI, possibly from yeast or some bacteria that do not respond to the antibiotic you took for Chlamydia.  You will need a urine test and proper examination to rule out other causes.  It is still most likely a UTI.  Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.

Time to see doctor: Bright red blood per rectum is never normal especially when associated with pain

there are certain causes of diarrhea which are infectious and can cause bleeding

Your : Your symptoms are non specific and could represent multiple issues like a urinary tract infection, vaginal infection, pregnancy and possibly miscarriage, intestinal infection, etc. Etc. The light blue discharge is very unusual. I am not sure what that signifies.

May possibilities: It is really, really hard to tell without seeing the them. Spots can be caused by many, many different things, including: insect bites, infections (fungal, bacterial, viral, parasites), blood disorders, injuries, auto immune disease, etc.

You should see your doctor so he/she can see your spots and help you with them.
